Miss Annabelle's is located in the heart of historic downtown Loveland , Ohio
at 204 West Loveland Avenue.

Our hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10:30 AM-5:00 PM . The tea room has seatings Wednesday-Friday at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM and Saturday at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM

From the South:
I-71 or I-75 to I-275 East
Exit at the Loveland/Indian Hill exit (#52)
Turn left off the exit at Loveland Madeira Road
Turn right at Kemper Road (3 rd traffic light)
Follow Kemper Road to the first stop sign – West Loveland Avenue
Turn right onto West Loveland Avenue
Cross the river into historic downtown Loveland
Miss Annabelle's is on the left hand side BEFORE the bike trail/railroad tracks.

From the North:
I-71 or I-75 to I-275 East
Exit at the Loveland/Indian Hill exit (#52)
Turn left off the exit at Loveland Madeira Road
